Southampton Association Donates $25,000. to the Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance Corps

The Southampton Association honored the Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance Corps (SVVA) with a check for $25,000 at a “Thank You at Thanksgiving” reception at Veteran’s Hall.

‪The Southampton Association made a commitment earlier in the year to support two vital areas in Southampton Village: raising funds for the SVVA’s new headquarters on Windmill Lane and to continue providing $16,000 annually for a Scholarship to help local Southampton High School students attend college. Association President, Jay Diesing said “The Southampton Association’s motto is “Caring About All of Southampton” and our $25,000 contribution to support the new ambulance building is a way for us to thank the members of the SVVA for all they give to our community.”
