Manuel Bugallo is this year’s recipient of the Southampton Association Scholarship in Memory of Arthur B. Schoen, Jr. ‘Manny’ has started his first year at Cornell University and is majoring in Electrical Engineering. He will receive $2,000. a year from the Association. It is one of the largest single local scholarships and has been helping graduates of Southampton High School for over twenty years. He is shown with Jay Diesing, President of the Association and Todd Goodwin, Association Board member and major supporter of the scholarship program.
